Cummins Atlantic is continuously seeking qualified diesel engine and power generation technicians for our 11 service locations.  Our on-road and in-shop service technicians are top-notch, quality-driven individuals.  Below are basic job descriptions and minimum job requirements for our service team. 

Diesel Engine Technician

Our diesel engine technicians troubleshoot, repair and rebuild all models and makes of diesel engines and/or truck chassis.  The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience or be a graduate of a diesel school/program. 

Power Generation Technician

Our power generation technicians diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical generator systems, switchgear and related equipment.  The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and an electrical/mechanical background.  Must be able to work on own, have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.  Some travel and overnight stays and/or non-business hours may be required to meet customers’ needs.
